Nepali Momo Revolution?
"There is no such thing as a regular momo, each momo is special.. " - Naked Nepali
There is no doubt that we Nepaliz love momoz but why can't we have momoz in different colours, shapes and sizes ??
Every time I mention this, I get funny looks from other Nepaliz as if I have lost my mind. Their response seems to be "We shouldn't temper with perfection."
Lets be honest about this, we stole momo from our northern friends. I have seen nomadic Mongolians make and savour momoz in the middle of open desert fields. Our Chinese neighbours have made a business out of it selling them as 'starters'
I believe we should take it to the next level, do something different, put a stamp on momo and say its our, this is how we do it, this is us.... !! Any suggestions ?? I have a few ideas ...
Boy that looks like cheap Indian sweets....I'm on with the innovations, but those colored "stuff" made me cringe
The credit loans suppose to be essential for guys, which are willing to organize their own organization. As a fact, that is not hard to receive a financial loan.
